We are looking for a general operations support person to work on a temporary full-time basis in our Shreveport, LA office. This position will be responsible for a variety of tasks that may include scanning documents into digital format using various databases, lending assistance in basic project management activities, making copies, and other clerical duties as assigned.

PracticeMax, Inc. is a provider of revenue cycle management and software services in the medical field, and provides business solutions to healthcare providers in a variety of specialties. We currently have over 400 employees working at seven office locations (Scottsdale, San Antonio, Shreveport, Phoenix, Chicago (2) and Portland) and two datacenter colocations.

High school or college student.
Able to type 35 WPM and 10-key by touch.
Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
Must have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated, with excellent problem solving skills.
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to work independently.
Must be organized and detail oriented.
Must deal professionally with highly confidential information.
Must demonstrate behavior consistent with those identified as PracticeMax core value behaviors.

Physical Requirements:
Lift at least 20 lbs.
Standing, sitting, stooping, bending and walking.
