Human Resources Coordinator
Starting range: $17.50 - $20.50/hr

Summary of duties
Accurate data entry into ADP to ensure employee information is correct and up-to-date;
Coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding;
Manage FMLA, ADA, STD and LTD inquiries and paperwork;
Manage unemployment and DOL claims;
Manage OSHA logs;
Complete verifications of employment;
Participate in HR projects to include systems implementations;
Manage HR e-files;
Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent;
Minimum 3 years Human Resources experience required;
Understanding of Federal, State and local employment laws;
Experience using ADP required;
Excellent written communication skills;
Multi-state HR experience preferred.
Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with advanced skills using Excel;
ADP software experience required.
