PracticeMax is seeking a Director/Sr. Director of IT-Infrastructure reporting directly to our CEO based in Scottsdale, Arizona.

This position leads the infrastructure strategic and tactical systems initiatives to support the requirements of the enterprise and provides leadership for strategic planning, organizational development of staffing and resources within the team, and the financial leadership regarding budgeting. This position also works collaboratively with all company departments to coordinate the analysis, development, implementation, evaluation, enhancement, and maintenance of the IT Infrastructure. This position functions as a working Information Technology director to support network, telephony, and server needs on behalf of the company and manages the impact of technology implementation to optimize infrastructure performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or closely related field master's preferred.
  • 7 - 10 year's progressively responsible experience with managing IT organizations
  • 5 years supervisory experience managing employees
  • Must have experience with large network/multi-platform configuration & support
  • Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis through day-to-day management.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proactive, persuasive communicator at all staff levels.
  • Ability to conduct and direct research into IT issues and products.
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
